Begin your visit with a purifying journey through our Thermal Suite-complete with laconium, sauna and herbal steam bath. A two-hour session is complimentary for hotel guests and €45 for local guests, with a minimum €50 consumption on treatments. For treatments greater than €220 per person, external guests can enjoy complimentary use of this two-hour session. Or try our Couple's Suite-perfect for sharing treatments with a partner. The Ice Fountain refreshes instantly, before you retreat to the quiet Amethyst Grotto.

A trinity of delights, these superb product lines promise to target specific needs flawlessly.

Every ESPA treatment takes a holistic approach to revive both mind and body. Hands-on techniques gently stimulate and detoxify, while natural ingredients yield their restorative power. Credited as Europe's best skin care line, VALMONT products enhance many of our renowned facial treatments, while the Thalasso-Spa pioneer ALGOANE uses algae extract from Brittany for fantastic slimming and firming results.

Ayurveda
Exclusive to the GB Spa, our Ayurvedic-inspired treatments blend traditional foot baths, warm oils, and relaxing point massage to evoke a deep state of harmony.

SIGNATURE TREATMENTS

GB SPA MASTIC EXPERIENCE (1hr 15 mins)
Mastiha is a legendary elixir that comes from the mastic tree, found only in the southern region of the
Greek island of Chios. Mastiha has been known since antiquity for its therapeutic benefits, especially for
the skin. This treatment includes a Mastic Foot Ritual and a total Body Scrub containing olive seeds and
horse chestnut, followed by a complete Body Massage leaving your skin silky and hydrated. Finish off with
a rejuvenating Scalp Massage with pure olive oil, jojoba and vitamin E.

SIGNATURE NOURISHING YOGHURT, HONEY & SUGAR WRAP TREATMENT (1hr 10 mins)
Greek philosophers referred to honey as "the secret of eternal youth".
This is a 'must have' during your stay at Hotel Grande Bretagne.
Begin with a Foot Ritual soak while your therapist learns about your needs.
Next, enjoy a revitalizing body exfoliation using a blend of sugar with olive oil and lemon and rich
aromatherapy oils, followed by a lavish Greek Honey & Yoghurt Body Wrap to ensure silky smooth skin,
incorporating a deep scalp massage for total relaxation.

Spa Appointments
Please schedule appointments two to five days in advance to ensure a preferred treatment or therapist. To reschedule or cancel, please contact the GB Spa 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge. Our treatments are available to both hotel and local guests-a fee of €45 applies to local guests for access to the indoor pool.

Spa Amenities
The GB Spa offers spacious changing rooms with private showers, secured lockers, saunas, and bathrobes.

Spa Cuisine
A healthy menu of light meals and juices, plus a complimentary selection of tea, is available at Atrium from 11am to 4pm.
